On 2011 IEDM Panasonic presente...Yes, this is true. On 2011 IEDM Panasonic presented its 1.4um SmartFSI pixel. This year they extended it to 1.12um and now Panasonic is the only major manufacturer pursuing FSI approach at that node. I hope they will give some details on how good is their FSI at 1.12um size. I thought the Panasonic IEDM paper was already pretty open.<br /><br />Could be the Samsung TOF papers are recycled from ISSCC last year.
