Silicon-wise they were hopping foundries (Lfoundry had a couple of closures which seems to have affected Espros). I'd guess ...Panasonic still sells its ToF CCDs. I'd guess they are manufactured by Nuvoton-Tower fab in Japan.<br /><br />Espros keeps presenting its CCD for LiDAR at different forums.
