Aptina Tells More About Oncoming 1.4um Pixel Generation

Yahoo: Aptina releases few more details about its 1.4um pixels:

• 1.4um pixel uses lightguide to outperform "today’s leading-edge 1.75-micron pixels".
• The pixel is based on 90nm Cu process
• The new process will be also applied to 1.75um pixel to improve its sensitivity by a factor of 2.
• The improved 1.4um pixel and enhanced 1.75um pixel products will be in production the second half of Q4.
