Yahoo: Tessera announced today that Q Technology Limited (Qtech) has licensed Tessera’s SHELLCASE MVP wafer level TSV-based image sensor packaging technology.
Qtech, based in China, manufactures compact camera modules for cell phones, notebook computers and security and protection markets.
