Chipworks announced Omnivision OV5642 ¼-inch, 5 Mp, 1.4 µm pixel BSI sensor process and circuit reverse engineering reports. Also, the new Fujifilm 12MP Super CCD EXR report is ready.
What do you mean who is going to buy it? isn't a 1.4um BSI significant? Sony's BSI is a 1.7. This is the first 1.4um pixel and BSI combo to be seen on the street. Not sure I understand your comment anonymous.....
