EETimes: Image sensor foundry HH NEC merges with Grace Semiconductor (buys Grace according to
another article). Grace also has some image sensor history, when Cypress unsuccessfully tried to transfer its image sensor process to Grace
few years ago. Since then Grace reportedly abandoned its attempts in image sensor area. On the other hand, HH NEC has
entered image senors recently.
