University of Calgary, Canada
"Advances in a CMOS Image Sensor based miniature fluorsence Detection System for Biosensing Applications"

Albert Theuwissen
Faculty of EEMCS, TU Delft
"State-of-the-art and future perspectives of Back-Side Illumination"

David Stoppa
Fondazione Bruno Kessler FBK-IRST, Italy
"Pixel Architectures for Time-Resolved Imaging Applications"

Robert Henderson
University of Edinburgh, U.K.
"A 32x32 Parallel Time-correlated Single Photon Counting Array in 130nm CMOS Technology"

Thanks to A.T. for sending me the info.

  2. No doubt this is why there are almost no image sensors at IEDM, held the same day(s). :)

    Unfortunate timing nevertheless.

  3. I have also received notice about another CMOS image sensor meeting: "CMOS detectors for high performances applications", co organised by CNES, Astrium and TAS, to be held the 8th and 9th of December in Toulouse France.

It seems to showcase French and regional technology for aerospace applications for the most part.

At least it collides only with IEDM and not the Delft one-day meeting the day before.

  4. Hopefully, the CMOS Imaging Workshop of Fraunhofer IMS on May 4&5 in Duisburg will not collide with any other similar event !?

  5. To my knowledge, there will be no collision !
