Why not 0.9um? Half node?Any problem with 0.9um pixel?
As far as I know, pixels smaller than 1um suffer from diffraction limit. Maybe they do spacial over sampling to remove it? How is about the SNR reduction? Could anybody tell me please. Thanks.
