DeleteApple could have killed the dual lens because of the frivolous lawsuit it is facing. Huawei could use this case to sue Apple because Huawei P9 design already is using it.

DeleteDon't underestimate Chinese companies. The second claim of the patent dispute argues that iPhone 6 has the same curvature at the four corners. The fact is iPhones has been made with these curvatures since iPhone 1. And this is one of claim Apple used against Samsun Galaxy smartphone sever years ago. Strangely this original Apple patent is becoming a patent for this Chinese company.
