Magic Leap Seeks $1b Funding on $6b Valuation

Reuters reports that AR glasses startup Magic Leap files in SEC that it's seeking to raise $1b on $6b valuation. The filing does not indicate the amount that Magic Leap had so far secured from investors. It may end up raising less than $1b.
