Thesis on Time-Resolved CMOS Sensors with Draining-Only Modulation Pixels

Shuzuoka University publishes an 2013 PhD thesis "A Study on Time-Resolved CMOS Image Sensors with Draining-Only Modulation Pixels for Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy" by Zhuo Li. The pixel concept is shown below:
