ReplyDeleteGSENSE400BSI ?
ReplyDeleteA beautiful video ... without any interesting information :(
ReplyDeleteWhat is the readout noise? There is no word on this important parameter...
ReplyDeleteI am quite sure it uses GSENSE400BSI from Gpixel, so just check the specs there
DeleteThey have data sheets up on their website, readout noise is similar to other competitors. Its also high enough that their own Zyla 4.2 could be considered to have higher sensitivity.
DeleteBoth the GSENSE400BSI and smaller format but equally sensitive GSENSE2020BSI were already available in comparable cameras from other manufacturers. Andor seem to be relying on their vacuum packaging as a point of difference.
ReplyDeleteWhat will be the real impact on the performance by increasing QE by 10% please?
ReplyDeletesmall difference for performance, huge difference for marketing!
