TowerJazz Pixel Offerings 2011

TowerJazz published a brochure on on its CIS processing features in 2011. The process options span from the legacy 0.5um process to the current 0.18um one. TowerJazz is one of the very few foundries that offers the ready pre-characterized pixels for those customers who prefer low risk and short schedule or the fab's own pixel characterization vehicle to those who wants to design their own pixels. The latest standard pixel offerings are shown in the table:
