This is gonna be interesting. Since Apple has wooed away a few former Mesa Imaging workers (swallowed by Heptagon, now AMS), there's a probable chance that similar technology will be deployed, likely to be mixed with structured light approaches. But the sad thing after all: Nice technology for an expensive toy. Where's the real innovation?
