Guess Samsung didn't make the FLIR cut. Probably a whole lot more as well.
ReplyDeleteHi Eric, I've never heard of Samsung (and very rarely of omnivision for example) in machine vision/automation. I think this is the market segment most of the Pointgrey cameras go to. People being in contact with Point Grey have litte probabilty to be in contact with image sensors that go into mobile phones...
ReplyDeleteExactly, these are only the sensors you can find back in FLIR machine vision cameras, formerly the Point Grey ones. I like this overview very much. One drawback, tomorrow it is outdated again because new kids will appear on the block !
