ON Semi Short Range LiDAR Demo

    Is that serious? The quality of the data are not too impressive, that looks like ToF results from 5 - 10 years ago.

    Time resolution needs a lot of improvement. Looks like a simple low-res counter measuring time-of-flight.

    Btw, what is the jitter of this SPAD?

    iToF/dToF/LiDAR are not mature technologies. Delivering bad quality depth maps inefficiently is only thing that comes out of such sensors/hw systems
    AI today plays a big role in improving these, but the buzz waves are far from the ground reality
