Dissertation defense by B. McReynolds on his thesis titled "Benchmarking and Pushing the Boundaries of Event Camera Performance for Space and Sky Observations," PhD, ETH Zurich, 2024
This was is very interesting, it seems to me that on/off thresholding needs to be optimized for the current situation, in a similar way as auto-exposure.
Hi Aaron, The thesis is not public yet (waiting for final corrected version from Brian). I also just posted Rui Graca's PhD defense video and my silicon retina history talk and Xiang's cool Dextra hand video (collaboration with the Soft Robotics Lab) on our playlist https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVtZ8f-q0U5iROmshCSqzzBNlqpUGbSkS
Where can we find a copy of the thesis?
