First ISSCC Report by Albert Theuwissen
Albert Theuwissen published his first report from ISSCC 2010. The report mainly talks about Jean-Luc Jaffard of ST Micro presentation on TSV and WLC progress, predicting that in few years we'll see wafer-level auto-focus implemented.
