It seems to be aimed to automotive applications as the first video shows Xkhan vs CCD on the road in daylight:
The second video shows night road scenes:
Update: One more Youtube video shows some explanations about Xkhan sensor. Its part name is PX2089 The optical format is 1/3-inch. Pixel size is 6.35um x 7.4um, and DR is 120dB:
