NIT Announces 1.3MP WDR Sensor with Extended IR Resopnse

New Imaging Technology announces NSC1105, a 1.3MP WDR sensor with a 10.6µm pixel and DR of more than 140 dB in a single frame time. Thanks to its Native Wide Dynamic Range technology, the NSC1105 does not require any setting or exposure time control and always provides a useful image whatever the illumination conditions are.
The NSC1105 also benefits from an extended spectral response in the IR range and good low light sensitivity:
