Intels LiDAR experiments - I wonder about non-uniformly spaced phased arrays. They have less power in the main beam, in addition to other issues related to scaling to bigger arrays. With the existing resolution at Intel fabs, IMO it should be possible to do uniform, small pitch arrays that give FoV of 70-80deg and, at the same time, do not have much array cross-coupling.
