The iPad Pro is not "LiDAR" in the traditional sense of the word. It is a dTOF SPAD.
ReplyDeleteIf we are going to use the Apple definition of LiDAR, then any ToF system can be classified as one, including all iTOF systems. While Apple is free to use this definition, I recommend those of us in the tech field stand by the traditional definition and not group them in an article like this.
