Terry Gilton Left Apple

Terry Gilton, the head of Apple image sensor efforts, has left the company, according to his LinkedIn page. Formerly Terry was VP of Technology at Aptina, responsible for pixel and process.

    This is good news for OVT. May be their sensors will make it back into Apple products now.

    The actual Apple products uses only Sony and OVT sensors, because of the demand of BSI technology. Aptina sensors you'll find in older iPhones...
