Canon on 250MP APS-H Sensor Plans

Imaging Resource publishes a PGN video interview with Canon representative at CES on how Canon plans to commercialize its 250MP CMOS sensor developed a few years ago:

  1. How can any APS-H format lens possibly provide enough resolution for this sensor?
    Roughly we are talking about 330 MTF50.

    1. IMHO that also proves that there is no regular image CPU as well for the EOS series no where near. Perhaps in 5 or 10 years for the 5Ds series perhaps, no?

      Anyways the average JOE photographer is lacking the computer system to develop a photo session in Adobe LR. We need INTEL with 25 real cores to take advantage of so many pixels anyways without get frustrated from the lagging.
