The d.fine series from Excelitas is a pretty close match https://www.excelitas.com/product/dfine-hr-m-series. Fits better to the IMX661, but worth considering.
If you stitched 2 of these together for a 71.936mm x 53.952mm sensor, it would be covered by the image circles of 6x7 medium format film lenses. Now whether those optics could resolve down to ~180 lp/mm for these pixels across that entire projection area would need to be determined.
