Sony Sensors inside Galaxy S4, Xperia Tablet Z

Chipworks' teardown revealed Sony sensors in primary cameras of both Sony Xperia Tablet Z and Samsung Galaxy S4. Note, that Samsung Galaxy S3 was known to dual source Sony and Samsung sensors.

Xperia secondary camera is made by Sony too and uses 1.12um pixel, the first time for secondary camera in Chipworks database.

    It seems like the most sold smartphones (Iphone, galaxy s3/s4) are supplied by Sony. Isn't this a bad marketing choice from samsung (as they are market leaders in CIS)?
