A value for shutter efficiency should be given in the datasheet of the sensor. To estimate a value you could apply constant lighting during exposure/readout and grab an image with short exposure time. The first line that is read from the sensor gets least parasitic light effect, the last line gets most. Depending on the ration exposure time / readout time and the change you see in the grey value between the first and last line you can probably get a number for shutter efficiency.
Do you know the shutter efficiency of such sensor?
ReplyDeleteHow do we measure/compute this parameter?
