If you look carefully, very carefully, you can see two greenish areas in the picture of the image sensor. They seem to correspond to two areas (blueish) on the DRAM chip. Is this a coincidence ?
ReplyDeleteHas anyone already some experience with this 3-layered device ? Curious to hear about the dark current distribution.
