The company utilization rate has rises sharply due to large orders from ON Semi and Sony. Kingpak now focuses its production on automotive devices with high gross margins, which contributes over 70% of the company's revenues. The company is expanding its production capacity by 40% to meet the next wave of robust demand for CIS devices driven by the growing penetration of ADAS.
