Jenoptik Acquires Trioptics
JENOPTIK AG acquires TRIOPTICS GmbH known for its active alignment and lens testing technology. Both parties to the contract have agreed not to disclose details of the purchase price.

Interesting! Jenoptik is a competitor of many of Trioptics customers. When Trioptics supplies trays and reticles (and provides support) they get some visibility in to what Jenoptik's competitors are doing.
