Renesas Updates its 8MP Sensor Lineup

Renesas publishes the datasheets of its updated 8MP sensors for security cameras: RAA462113FYL#AC1 (base model) and RAA462113FYL#AC2 (same with added PDAF). The datasheets are fairly detailed and even describe the allowed pixel array defects:

    Hi Vladimir, it all depends on what you call "fairly detailed". As far as performance is concerned, only the RELATIVE QE values are shown. Nothing about temporal or fixed-pattern noise, no conversion gain, ...
