Where is the the first "killer" application? The breakthrough? I saw a demo system live and it was pretty interesting. But I asked myself, "What can we do in the real world with this amazing technology?".

The selling point of Samsung's event camera is that you can detect persons, but you still somehow preserve the privacy (since you can't recognize the face of a person from the raw DVS output). Not sure if this is the real killer application though (this seems quite a niche market).
