Maru LSI Demos Background Elimination

Maru LSI posted another video showing how its VIPS IR/RGB sensor can eliminate the background with a pulsed IR source:

    If you use halogen light, then this trick can no longer work. Since, there is an IR LED illuminator and they display only the close objects according to IR image amplitude.

    This will work only indoors. Sun light or strong incandescent will interfere. Seems like not a good method for BGR
