I guess they must be quit desperate. Mobile makers are not attracted to ultra high cost low res solution. The added value of their solution which is vague depth info at 10-20 cm is not worth the extra costs. Nokia invested and are not launching this tech as posted here quit some time ago. Its true they are saying sane things over and over but note disturbing is that they show the exact same image with 3 faces for at least 2 years now.
Founders were/are delusional and up against Apple, Google, Samsung, Sony and many other large players. Their IP is crap since it is based on a delusional 4x4. Their 2x2 patents are too little and too late given that the best architectures are 1x2 to 1x4.
