Image Algorithmics Proposes Improved Demosaicing

Image Algorithmics proposes improved demosaicing for many CFA patterns, including a randomized one. While the details of the proposed algorithm are unknown, the results are quite impressive:

      Kodak uses a different RGBW pattern - see it at Image Algorithmics site.
