Sony Aims to 30% Mobile CIS Share in FY2013

Nikkei: Sony is seeking 30% share of the global market for mobile handset image sensors in shipment volume terms in fiscal 2013 (in Japan, the fiscal year 2013 ends in March 2014).

      I'm not a market analyst and do not invest my time into collecting the market statistics. You can buy the reports from TSR, Yole, iSuppli, or others and see their different views on the market shares.
