More Quad Camera Phones from China
Dual fron and dual rear camera combos appear in more and more low-end camera phones in China. DeviceSpecifications reports that the new Oukitel U22 features 13MP+2MP rear cameras and 8MP+2MP front cameras.

what is the main advantage to have quad camera on a smart phone?

Delete- background blurring for better photos
- low light enhancement, especially in cases when one of the cameras is B&W and the second one is color
- 3D mapping, can be useful for gesture recognition, AR applications, lens perspective distortion correction, 3D printing, to some extent
